PXD067059 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleProteomic analysis of ANO10 SH-SY5Y mutant cell lines
DescriptionTo investigate the effects of ANO10 pathogenic variants in cell proteome, four SH-SY5Y mutant cell lines (a knockout cell line, and three lines bearing the following variants: ANO10 c.289delA, ANO10 c.1009T>G, and ANO10 c.1529T>G) were engineered via CRISPR-Cas9 editing. After establishment and characterisation, the cell lines were subjected to nanoLC-MS/MS proteomic analysis.
