PXD066801 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitlePhosphorylation of LARS (leucyl-tRNA synthetase) induced by amino acid stimulation
DescriptionLARS undergoes structural changes in response to amino acid stimulation and translocates to lysosome, exhibiting non-canonical functions such as mTORC1 activation instead of its canonical function of tRNA amino-acylation. This study investigates which post-translational modifications (PTMs) of LARS occur during amino acid stimulation and how these modifications affect the non-canonical functions of LARS. We identified phosphorylation occurring at LARS residues S1070, S1077, and S1082.
