Title	Heart resident macrophage proteome of WT and CCR-/- mice treated with DOX
Description	Heart from WT and CCR-/- mice treated with DOX was harvest, then the resident macrophage was extract and subject to TMT labeling for LC-MS/MS analysis. Three samples from WT mice were labeled with labeling reagent 126,127N and 127C, 3 samples from CCR-/- mice were labeled with labeling reagent 128N,128C and 129N. MS/MS analysis was performed on a Q Exactive Plus mass spectrometer coupled with an EASY-nLC 1200 system
