| Description | This dataset contains quantitative proteomic profiles across five disease stages (W0, W2, W5, W8, W11) of colitis-associated colorectal cancer (CAC) using a mouse AOM/DSS model. Proteins were extracted from tumor tissues and processed for LC-MS/MS after labeling with iTRAQ 6-plex reagents. The goal was to identify temporal dynamics of protein expression underlying chronic inflammation-induced tumorigenesis. |
