Title	Proteomic sequencing of the EAP (Experimental autoimmune prostatitis) model based on NOD mice and the control group of NOD (Non-obese diabet) mice
Description	As previously outlined, the immunoreactive formulation was created by thoroughly combining prostate-associated antigens (PAgs) obtained from whole prostate tissues of Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats with complete Freund’s adjuvant (CFA, Sigma-Aldrich, USA) in a 1:1 ratio. Following this procedure, male mice received subcutaneous injections on days 0 and 14, either with 150 μl (300 μg per mouse) of the immunoreactive mixture or with a corresponding volume of saline, administered at multiple locations such as the shoulder (50 μl), the tail base (50 μl), and both foot pads (25 μl per side). Then, we conducted proteomic sequencing on it and the untreated NOD mice.
