Title	The protein interacting with Cu693494.2-ORF3 was determined by Immunoprecipitation-mass spectrometry
Description	we extracted the total proteins of the brains and eyes of five Tg(hsp70l:cu693494.2-ORF3-3xFlag;CG2) 3-month-old male zebrafishs after heat shock treatment at 37 for 1 hour, and then obtained immunoprecipitates using anti-Flag Magnetic Beads and anti-Mouse IgG Magnetic Beads.The coprecipitated proteins were separated prior to SDS-PAGE, and the gels were stained with silver using a staining kit and accompanying protocols (Cat# G2080, Servicebio). The extracted protein mixtures were subjected to HPLC–MS by PTM BIO using EASY-nLC 1200 UPLC system. The resulting MS/MS data were processed using Maxquant search engine.
