| Description | Human SH-SY5Y cells were transfected with myc-tagged p47(S176D), myc-p47(S176A), or GFP for immunoprecipitation using antibodies to myc. Gel slices were digested with trypsin for capillary-liquid chromatography-nanospray tandem mass spectrometry (Capillary-LC/MS/MS) protein identification on a Thermo Scientific orbitrap Fusion mass spectrometer equipped with an EASY-Spray Sources operated in positive ion mode. Note: the D3 sample failed to demonstrate successful p47 immunoprecipitation. |
