PXD066088 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleDynamic partitioning of a critical elongation factor between SEC and LEC regulates cellular mRNA and snRNA transcription.
DescriptionIn this study, we found out the mechanism behind dynamic partitioning of ELL between Super Elongation Complex (SEC) and Little Elongation Complex (LEC) for transcriptional regulation of mRNA and snRNA respectively. For that reason we identified the interacting partners of Human ELL.
