PXD066004 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleIn vitro host-parasite models combined with proteomics reveal cell type-specific responses of early-migrating Fasciola hepatica juveniles
DescriptionThe project employs two complementary in vitro models combined with quantitative proteomics to study host-parasite interactions involving Fasciola hepatica newly excysted juveniles. The single cell type (SiCT) model uses SWATH-MS to analyse interactions with mesothelial and hepatic stellate cells, while the sequential cell type (SeCT) model applies diaPASEF to study successive encounters with intestinal epithelial and mesothelial cells. Proteomic data were processed with DIA-NN and analysed through validated pipelines to characterise differential protein expression associated with distinct host cell interactions.
