TitlePlasma Proteomics of Colorectal Cancer Based on DIA
DescriptionWe conducted a personalized quantitative proteomics study, leveraging data-independent acquisition and bioinformatics analysis to identify diagnostic markers for colorectal cancer. By analyzing plasma samples from CRC patients at various TNM stages and healthy controls, we successfully identified 1,089 protein groups and screened for differentially expressed proteins.
