PXD065397 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleIdentification of BIK1-targeted phosphorylation sites on NLRs
DescriptionBIK1 is a central regulator of signaling downstream of the activation of patter recognition receptors and may represent a functional link between pattern- and effector- triggered immunity in plants. Among myriad BIK1 substrates are several intracellular immune receptors. This project aims to map BIK1-targeted phosphorylation sites on two such receptors.
