PXD065331 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleImpact of Diabetes and CKD Comorbidity on Cardiac Mitochondrial function, Oxidative Stress, and Structural Remodeling
DescriptionBoth diabetes and chronic kidney disease (CKD) predispose individuals to cardiac remodeling and coronary microvascular dysfunction. Our previous studies in swine models have revealed significant alterations in microvascular and myocardial structure and function, along with increased oxidative stress. In the present study, we aim to delineate the effects of diabetes alone and to investigate the combined impact of diabetes and CKD on cardiac performance.
