Description	Myosin S1(S1) fragments were incubated with full-length MMP-2, the catalytic domain of MMP-2, or APMA activated MMP-2 under similar conditions. Samples were collected at 5 min, 30 min, 1 h, 4 h, and 8 h time intervals (Supplementary file 6).
