Dataset Summary
TitleProteomic profiling reveals the role of RisR in Bordetella pertussis pathogenesis
DescriptionThis study aims at characterizing the RisR regulon under non-modulating (virulent, Bvg+) and modulating (avirulent, Bvg-) conditions. We here used comparative proteomics to elucidate the functional significance of RisR in B. pertussis Tohama I by defining RisR-dependent protein synthesis.
