PXD064944 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleBCL7A’s Arginine Anchor Links Nucleosome Recognition to Chromatin Remodeling and DLBCL Tumor Suppression
DescriptionThe N-terminal α-helix of BCL7A, a non-catalytic subunit, exhibits characteristic positive charge distribution. To delineate its contribution to chromatin remodeling and gene regulation, we engineered an N-terminal deletion and performed functional comparisons with wild-type BCL7A in chromatin remodeling assays.
