| Title | Profiling proteins with altered structures in senescent cells through limited-proteolysis mass spectrometry (LiP-MS). |
| Description | After inducing LO2 cells to undergo senescence, the cells were grinded and homogenized, and then divided into two equal portions. One group was subjected to enzymatic cleavage using trypsin, while the other group was first treated with proteinase K and subsequently with trypsin. Both groups underwent protein identification through a Data-Independent Acquisition (DIA) mode. |
