Dataset Summary
TitleProteomic profiling of DLAT-interacting proteins in cisplatin-resistant lung cancer cells
DescriptionThis study aimed to identify potential protein-binding partners of mitochondrial DLAT that contribute to cisplatin resistance in lung cancer. We performed an unbiased proteomic screen by immunoprecipitating DLAT from cell lysates of A549cisR cells, followed by LC-MS/MS analysis. The analysis identified MTHFD2 among other candidates as a DLAT-interacting protein. These findings provide mechanistic insight into DLAT-mediated chemoresistance.
