PXD064712
PXD064712 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.
Dataset Summary
| Title | Long-term time proteome in serum of mice exposed to radiation |
| Description | To observe the long-term effects of radiation on individual mice, mice were irradiated with X-rays at doses of 0, 1, and 3 Gy, and blood samples were taken from the fundus on Days 1, 30, 60, and 80. The sample size was 4 in each group. The collected serum was reduced alkylated and trypsinized according to the usual method, and peptides were measured for SWATH using LC-MS/MS. The acquired data were processed by DIA-NN software and the proteome changes were captured by statistical analysis. |
