PXD064478 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleSix Protein Mix (Pierce) System Suitability Experiments
DescriptionThis repository entry contains a set of fifty-eight (58) separate LC-MS/MS injections of the Pierce 6 Protein Digest, equimolar, LC-MS grade (Thermo PN: 88342). These data were acquired over a duration of one month to assess system suitability of a nanoLC-MS/MS system. Here an Ultimate nanoRSLC system in a "tandem pre-concentration" setup was coupled the nanoFlex source on an Orbitrap Fusion Lumos mass spectrometer. Peak lists were extracted from mass spectrometry data using ThermoRawFileParser. Mascot Server was used to compare tandem mass spectra to the reference sequences provided in this submission. Protein identification data are provided in both DAT and mzID formats. Proteome informatics are described in detail in the following publications from our group: Bird LJ et al, ACS Synthetic Biology, 2023; Coppens L et al. Molecular Systems Biology, 2023.
