| Description | Human milk was pasteurized (62.5C for 30 mins) or left at rt. The milk was skimmed (spun at 10,000 xg for 10 mins, supernatant removed) and then acidified using diluted HCl. It was diluted 1:25. Both samples were used for msp-ms. |
