PXD064086 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.
Dataset Summary
| Title | GNPS Haloferax volcanii glycerol kinase K153 acetylation levels in different C sources |
| Description | Haloferax volcanii glycerol kinase (GK) purified from cells grown in glycerol minimal media (MM), glucose MM, fructose MM, Glycerol + Glucose MM, Glycerol + Fructose MM, and rich media ATCC. The protein was initially eluted in 50mM HEPES buffer, 2M NaCl. The samples were treated with the In Solution protocol and analyzed. Standard Curves were made with acetylated and non acetylated K153 heavy synthetic peptides. Samples were compared to Standards. |
