PXD064085 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.
Dataset Summary
| Title | GNPS Co-Purified His-Rich Putative Nickel Insertion Protein larC_Band in Gel |
| Description | An unknown protein co-purified during HisTrap affinity purification from Haloferax volcanii cell lysate grown in glucose minimal medium. The protein was initially present in a buffer containing 50 mM HEPES and 2 M NaCl. The sample was then resuspended in 2x Laemmli sample buffer and resolved by SDS-PAGE using 1x SDS running buffer. Following electrophoresis, the gel was fixed and stained overnight with Bio-Safe Coomassie. The resulting band corresponding to the unknown protein was subsequently excised for analysis. |
