PXD064084 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.
Dataset Summary
| Title | GNPS Purified Native His-GK Haloferax volcanii_Band in Gel |
| Description | Native H. volcanii glycerol kinase (His-GK) expressed in H. volcanii H1207 using the plasmid pJAM503+glpK in Glycerol Minimal Media. The protein was initially eluted in 50mM HEPES buffer, 2M NaCl. The sample was resuspended in 2X laemmli sample buffer and run in the SDS gel using 1X SDS buffer. The sampled was fixed, the gel was stained with bio-safe commassie overnight, and the band was analyzed. |
