PXD063979 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleProtein Cargo Characterization of multiple myeloma-derived extracellular vesicles for the Discovery of Novel Myeloma-Associated Biomarkers
DescriptionThis study aims to characterize the protein cargo of MM-derived EVs and to identify potential predictive and diagnostic biomarkers by studying their specific protein profile by high resolution mass spectrometry and bioinformatic tools. Initially, our approach was focused on EVs secreted by MM cell lines to isolate tumor-specific vesicular proteins, minimizing contamination from non-tumor sources and enhancing the precision of biomarker discovery. Protein profile of MM cells and MM vesicles were characterized, highlighting their structural and functional significance.
