Title	Phospho-mapping of MAST1 in MAST1:14-3-3η complex purified from Sf9 cells
Description	A complex of MAST1 and 14-3-3η was co-expressed and co-purified from Sf9 insect cells. Since the interaction between MAST1 and 14-3-3 is dependent on phosphorylation of MAST1, the complex was analyzed by tandem mass spectrometry to determine which MAST1 residues are phosphorylated.
