PXD063725

PXD063725 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleCo-immunoprecipitation and proteomic analysis of Major Histocompatibility Complex Class I-related (MR1) mutants
DescriptionIdentification of cellular proteins mediating presentation of bacterial antigens by the MHC I-related protein MR1. MR1 mutant proteins that differ in their capacity to present antigens from different sources were immunoprecipitated and their interacting proteins were compared to identify candidate proteins involved in the different antigen presentation pathways.
