Dataset Summary
TitleSpecificity profiling of SARS-CoV-2 PLpro using proteome-derived libraries of linear peptides suggests secondary preference for basic motifs
DescriptionThis deposit contains the primary datasets and code underlying our study "Specificity profiling of SARS-CoV-2 PLpro using proteome-derived peptide libraries suggests secondary preference for basic motifs." In this work, we combined proteome-derived Identification of Cleavage Sites (PICS) workflows, using both NHS-acetate and TMT labeling, with intact-lysate N-terminomics to map cleavage preferences of the SARS-CoV-2 papain-like protease (PLpro).
