PXD063447 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleStress specific SCE1-interactome characterised by IP-MS analysis
DescriptionThe AtSCE1-mVenus was immunoprecipitated using anti-GFP magnetic beads from Arbidopsis root cultures upon control, salt, mannitol and flg22 treatments. As a negative control, root tissues from pMDS1-VAM3 and pMDS1-SHR were utilized to account for non-specific binding to GFP. The eluate sapmles were digested using trypsin/Lys-C in gel and further LC-MS/MS analysis was performed using Thermo Fisher Q Exactive Mass Spectrometer.
