Title	A549 cells glucocorticoid treatment
Description	This project aims to study the molecular signature of glucocorticoid treatment on A549 human lung adenocarcinoma cells on transcriptome and proteome levels. Glucocorticoid treatment was previously identified to induce formation of cytoplasmic Processing-bodies (P-bodies) in epithelial cell lines, which results in the recruitment of mRNA into P-bodies for storage and/or degradation.
