| Description | We conducted unbiased mass spectrometric experiments to evaluate the specificity of LY-dE#5. In these studies, A549 cells were treated with LY-dE#5. The result revealed the detection of more than 5000 proteins, among which there was a notable degradation of EGFR, confirming the targeted action of LY-dE#5 against EGFR protein. |
