PXD063325 is an
original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.
Dataset Summary
Title | ImmPRes - PBMC derived CD4 and CD8 T cells |
Description | Dataset release from the Immunological Proteome Resource (ImmPRes). This dataset contains proteomic data from human CD4 and CD8 T cells isolated from PBMC. T-cells were activated with OKT3 antibody (anti CD3) and IL-2 for three days, then expanded in IL-2 until day 7. Cells were then sorted into live CD4 and CD8 T-cells. |
