PXD063306

PXD063306 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitlePirB-CTF LC-MS/MS in hippocampus
DescriptionOur result indicated PirB could undergo proteolytic process, generating a C-terminal fragment (PirB-CTF). We found PirB-CTF can translocates to the Golgi apparatus, disrupting Golgi-dependent protein transport. To investigate the novel binding partners which mediated the effect of PirB-CTF, we used mass spectrometry analysis.
