Title	Heme acts as a molecular degrader linking CRL2-FEM1B to substrate proteolysis and ferroptosis regulation in lung cancer
Description	In this project, we sought to identify the proteins interacting with the Elongin-C/Elongin-B complex. To this end, we performed affinity purification of Elongin-C and Elongin-B tagged with FLAG-STREP and MYC, respectively. A cell line with FLAG-STREP empty vector was used as negative control. 3 biological replicates were used for each sample group.
