| Description | The data contains raw and analyzed files for whole proteome and phosphoproteome analysis in undifferentiated CT27 human trophoblast stem cells and differentiated syncytiotrophoblast (STB) and extravillous trophoblast (EVT) lineage. Four sample sets for each experimental conditions (stem state, STB and EVT) were used for the study. Cell culture protocol was used following the Okae paper et al 2018(PMID: 29249463). |
