PXD062228 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleIdentification of proteome changes in absence of secretory carrier associated membrane protein 3 (SCAMP3)
DescriptionThe membrane protein secretory carrier associated membrane protein 3 (SCAMP3) belongs to the family of SCAMP proteins. SCAMP3 is ubiquitously expressed and distributed in almost all cell membranes, especially in the trans Golgi network and the endolysosomal system. SCAMP3 has been shown to play a role during bacterial and viral infections. We generated Scamp3 knockout Hoxb8 cells, differentiated them into neutrophils, and analysed the whole proteome of wild-type, control, and knock-out cells.
