PXD062200

PXD062200 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleLC-MS/MS analysis of murine endothelial cell lines: normal brain microvascular cell line vs tumor endothelial cell line (b.End5)
DescriptionThe aim of the project was to compare the secretomes of normal endothelial cells (NECs) and tumor endothelial cells (TECs). Cells were grown in full growth media up to 80-90% confluence. After washing with PBS, cells were incubated for 24 hours in serum free medium to collect conditioned medium, which was filtered and processed for LC-MS/MS analysis.
