PXD062115 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleEffect of Tebuconazole and Tebuconazole with Thiacloprid on Bombus terretris
DescriptionWe used high-throughput label-free quantitative proteomics to investigate the effects of chronic exposure to a sublethal dose (100 ug/L) of tebuconazole (Tebu), alone or in combination with the neonicotinoid thiacloprid (Thia), on bumblebee (Bombus terrestris) workers. A total of 12 bumblebee nests (Biobest, Westerlo, Belgium) were randomly selected; 4 were exposed to Tebu (Tebu group), 4 were exposed to both Thia and Tebu (Tebu/Thia group), and 4 were exposed to a control (Con group). The samples are denoted as follows: k = Con; t = Tebu; tt = Tebu/Thia. A total of 24 nanoLC-MS/MS runs were performed.
