PXD062031 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleAffinity purification-mass spectrometry to identify proteins interacting with Leishmania LINF_180011100
DescriptionLINF_180011100 was validated as a drug target and resistance determinant for several antileishmanial aminopyrazole leads. Genetic fusion with an N-terminal green fluorescent protein (GFP) tag demonstrated that the protein primarily localizes in cytoplasmic/endocytic vesicles and revealed an impact of treatment with aminopyrazoles. To identify interacting partners of LINF_180011100, we exploited the fusion with GFP as an affinity tag for immunoprecipitation followed by LC–MS² analysis.
