Description	We provided a comprehensive plasma proteome analysis and expanded the profile of human plasma proteome. The differential plasma proteomic analysis of age-related cataract and exfoliation syndrome with/without glaucoma indicated that plasma proteome can reflect the pathophysiological situation of diseases.
