Title	Queuosine-modified tRNA influences differentiation of Leishmania mexicana by codon bias translation
Description	Using quantitative proteomics, we aim to compare the total proteome of L. mexicana wild (WT), knock-out (KO) and addback. The protein profile of all three will be related at five separate time points of life cycle differentiation. The objective is to elucidate the impact of Q-tRNA depletion on cellular proteome during differentiation.
