| Description | G-CSF can selectively enhance the differentiation of Kasumi-1 cells induced by PMA, however, the underlying mechanism is not clear. We hope to reveal the possible mechanism through proteomics analysis. PMA was seen to induce 596 differentially expressed proteins compared with untreated cells, while only 14 proteins were differentially expressed between the PMA and PMA+G-CSF treatment groups. |
