The major bottlenecks include an incomplete understanding of the disease mechanisms and a lack of efficient therapeutic targets.This study conducted a comprehensive proteome and acetylome analysis of mice models with abdominal aortic aneurysm to identify the key proteins, signaling pathways, and acetylation modification patterns involved in the progress of AAA. |
