Description | For H1 PTM identification, HeLa cells were exposed to 10 Gy IR or not and released for 2 min. Histones were extracted and deamidated peptides were identified by mass spectrometry (MS). For CTPS1 phosphorylation sites identification, whole cell lysates were extracted, immunoprecipitated using anti-FLAG, and analyzed by MS. |
