| Title | Total proteomics of Shank3 mutant mouse brain |
| Description | Mouse brains were lysed in a 1x SDS buffer and then processed using the Strap method according to the manufacturers protocol. Tryptic peptides were labeled with 18plex TMT reagents and all peptides were pooled and dried using a Speed-Vac. Prior to LC-MS MS analysis, the samples were desalted with Pierce peptide desalting spin columns and fractionated into 20 fractions by basic reverse-phase liquid chromatography. |
