PXD060475 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleIdentification of STN1 interactiome in response to DNA damage in pancreatic cancer cells
DescriptionSTN1 is known to play a critical role in DNA damage response, however, the mechanisms by which this is performed, specifically in the context of pancreatic cancer are not well understood. Here we studied the changes in STN1 interactome in control and in the response to DNA-damage causing stimuli.
