Title	Knockdown of endocytosis-related proteins in Trypanosoma brucei
Description	TbTOM1 is an ortholog of human TOM1, which was identified in Trypanosomes by bioinformatic approaches, and is potentially implicated in endocytosis. We wanted to further investigate TbTOM1 functions. Using a gene silencing approach we wanted to gain insights on possible effects on vesicle sorting and/or other endocytosis-related activities.
