PXD060351

PXD060351 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleIdentification of NIX-GST and BNIP3-GST interactors
DescriptionWe aimed to identify proteins that interact with the mitophagy receptors NIX or BNIP3. To this end, we incubated recombinantly purified NIX-GST or BNIP3-GST with HeLa cell lysate to identify proteins that would bind to NIX and BNIP3.
