Title	Pfs230 and Pfs48/45 complex SDA XL-MS
Description	Asexual P. falciparum parasite cultures were maintained, gametocytes harvested and pellets lysed prior to chromatography procedures including size exclusion. Chemical cross-linking MS (XL-MS) analysis using SDA and UV exposure was performed followed by SDS-PAGE, gel bands excised and subjected to trypsin digestion and MS analysis.
