Description	Bile acids (BA) are synthesized in the liver before excretion into the bile. Consequently, to clarify how the gut microbiota increases biliary TCA and TMCA contents, hepatic BA metabolism was investigated by analyzing the liver proteome of GF, OMM12 and SPF mice.
