Title	Enrichment of proteins in purified Saccharomyces cerevisiae vacuoles relative to a whole cell extract.
Description	The project sought to test the localization of several proteins that were suspected to be in vacuoles. To this end, the proteomes of whole cells and of a purified vacuolar fraction were quantified to estimate the enrichment factors of established vacuolar markers and compare them to the enrichment of the proteins of interest.
